Plant shelter

Ava

Abel

Life is moving in many directions, so blogging is taking a back seat. Still, today I simply HAD to share this:

Rachel adopts neglected plants and nurses them back to life. She then rehomes the plants, making sure their new owners will take good care of them. There's a facebook page too, documenting the plant shelter's progress.

Part of her 'cure' is naming each plant, which I find intensely moving! I even found two plants with the names of my godchildren, Ava and Abel!

You can also ask Rachel to adopt your plants while you're on holiday. These plants won't be rehomed of course (nor renamed, I hope :-))

Just lovely, don't you think?
